Ingredientes

1500 g

  • 370 g pechuga de pollo
  • 150 g puerros
  • 50 g aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • 300 g zanahorias
  • 250 g judías verdes
  • 1 tomate, maduro
  • 470 g agua
  • 0,5 cucharadita sal

La preparación de la receta


    1. Limpie la pechuga de pollo (quitándole la piel y la grasa), pártala en trozos y reserve.

    2. Lave el puerro, pártalo en dos o tres trozos y póngalo en el vaso. Programe 7 segundos, velocidad 4. Con la espátula, baje los restos de puerro de la tapa y del interior del vaso hacia las cuchillas.

    3. Incorpore el aceite y sofría programando 8 minutos, 100º, velocidad 1.

    4. Añada la zanahoria y las judias partidas en trozos medianos. Programe 6 segundos, velocidad 4.

    5. Incorpore el tomate, el agua y la sal. 500Pograme 10 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 1. 

    6. Añada la pechuga reservada y programe 12 minutos, 100º, velocidad 1.

    7. Cuando termine el tiempo programado, espere unos minutos a que baje un poco la temperatura y programe3 minutos, velocidad progresiva 5-10 (para que quede un puré muy fino).


    Comentario: esta papilla debería darse al medio día, para ir acostumbrando al niño al esquema de comidas familiar. Debería empezarse sólo con patata, zanahoria y el pollo. Cuando este sabor ya haya sido aceptado, podrá incorporar poco a poco más verduras.
